What is it?

​

Culture shock is the disorientation that one feels when living in a foerign culture for a prolonged period of time.  What are the symptoms? Headaches, loss of sense of humor, insomnia, eating/drinking disorders, boredom, lack of energy, irritability, hostility towards locals, marital problems, withdrawal...
